Public works projects are heating up.  This hydro electric facility in Hot Springs, AR was receiving complete rebuild on 2 generator sets.  Each stator had 60 poles to be removed.  One stator went well; the second had 36 stuck poles.  The project was on hold for over a year but with one phone call, MMG was able to finish the project in three weeks. MMG successfully removed all 36 poles via the Diamond Wire Cuttting process.

Our millwright services were used for rebuilding of these fire damaged shredding machines.  We sandblasted, painted, welded, changed out bearings, sleeved rotors, assembled and test ran to verify correct operation.  Six total machines were completed.

MMG Industrial provides on-site machining services.  For this job, we were contracted to remove a large spill of molten material in the basement of an international manufacturer. Bronze material does not allow for cutting or air arcing by normal means.

MMG Industrial specializes in diamond wire cutting of steel and reinforced concrete.  For this example on the right, a 40 ton ball mill pedestal was cut and removed to allow for the removal of the mill from the facility. The total cut time was 6 hours versus days of demo and removal for alternative methods.

Bridge work and infrastructure improvements are heating up.  These bridge bearing plates (to the left) were machined with our in-house CNC equipment.  MMG maintains a full machine shop to support our millwright and diamond wire cutting services.
